Services are guaranteed for two weeks. We will gladly re-do your hair. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment for two or more services. Because the appointment is reserved just for you, there will be a 50% charge of the service price for "no shows" and cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice.
